SHIPPING TERMS

FREE Shipping on USA orders. International shipping costs calculated at checkout. Don't see your country listed? Contact us prior to placing order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Priority shipping available for an additional fee.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds OR Exchanges accepted up to 14 days after purchase and item(s) must be in original/unopened condition. Buyers wishing to return items without proof of purchase, will be issued a store credit. Monetary refunds require proof of purchase and will be returned to buyer via payment type used. Buyer is responsible for any processing/shipping fee's.

Notice of refund request must be made via e-mail to ilikope@yahoo.com. A refund acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days and refunded within 10 working days.

All of our organic body care products are sealed for your safety. If you have received an item that looks tampered with, please contact us immediately to exchange and resolve.
