We love supporting other local Hawaii businesses, and were so excited with the opportunity to be a part of The Hawaiian Box's October subscription! Also being a mama-owned business, I understand how difficult it can be, which is why I was even more honored with the opportunity of being able to collaborate with The Hawaiian Box!
The Hawaiian Box is a subscription box company, based out of Kaua'i. Their entire focus is showcasing Hawaii made creations to the entire world. The Hawaiian Box features brands from each of the islands of Hawaii as much as possible! From O’ahu, to the Big Island, Maui and Kaua’i, there are so many cool creators that The Hawaiian Box is able to connect with and share with their subscribers. They source products from all over the islands to fulfill a central theme for each month; some of their previous box theme’s have centered around Honu, Pineapples, Eco-Conscious/Repurposed products and so much more. The products they feature range from snacks, cooking ingredients, beauty products, aromatherapy, stationary, utensils/tumblers, and a bunch of other cool items that you might not have ever knew existed.
With the COVID-19 pandemic impacting a lot of individual's abilities to vacation to Hawaii, The Hawaiian Box was a great alternative for Hawaii-lovers! Each month, there is a different theme. For October, they centered their subscription box around Kona coffee! They included cookies, instant coffee, and decided to showcase TWO 'Ili Kope products: our Coffee Body Oil and Coco Body Scrub!
The Hawaiian Box has three different types of monthly subscription boxes to choose from: the 'Ono Box (which features food items), the Hawaiian Box (which features non-food items), and the Premium Hawaiian Box (which features food and non-food items). Not only are these subscription boxes a fun way to experience Hawaii safely, but they also make fantastic gifts, especially with the holiday season fast approaching.
